Images are available for the Raspberry Pi 2, 3 and 4. Snappy Ubuntu Core is a new rendition of Ubuntu with transactional updates - a minimal server image with the same libraries as today’s Ubuntu, but applications are provided through a simpler mechanism. The original (ARMv6) based Raspberry Pis, including the A, B, B+, 0 and 0W, are not supported under Ubuntu.
